Henderson Dan T. Ballenger 1933 — 2024 Mr. Dan T. Ballenger, 90, of Henderson, transitioned from this life on June 3, 2024, at Hospice Homeplace in Tyler. He was born October 26, 1933, in Henderson to the late A.B. and Rosalie (Burt) Ballenger and lived all of his life in Henderson. He graduated from Henderson High School and went on to serve his country in the United States Army. Mr. Ballenger had a long career with Texas Utilities as a drag line operator where he later retired. Dan was a kind and gentle steward of the earth and its living creatures.
